This a nice kit, has all of the small parts you may need. I would be careful setting up your end play, I would also suggest having some experience on transmissions would be advised. Not really a beginner's task. Most experienced technicians should be able to handle it.

Worked out to perfection. The clips to eliminate pump rub are a great idea and worked out well. No pump upgrade needed. If they would include new bolts it would be 5 stars. The bolts are plastic coated with aluminum washers to prevent galvanic corrosion and take a beating in Michigan.

Installed this on my 2000 Silverado's transfer case while fully rebuilding with new seals, bearings, and Merchant Auto pump rub fix (new pump housing). The reason for replacing the housing was a stripped drain plug from the previous owner. This housing is aluminum (stronger than the OEM magnesium) and also comes with its own pump rub fix (I did not use these as my new pump housing is a better fix IMO). Overall a beautiful replacement with one catch.WARNING: The speed sensor port was machined a little to deep and caused the sensor to touch the reluctor wheel. This condition would have ground off the face of the speed sensor and you could not turn the transfer case's input shaft. I luckily have a variety pack of Nitrile O-rings and simply went to a larger cross section O-ring to space the sensor off the reluctor wheel.
