I got this because the original one had a split flange so it wouldn't seal very well. At first, I thought the heat shield was in the wrong place because I couldn't get the intake manifold back on in the right position, but it was actually the angle of where the flanges met the exhaust manifolds. The nuts that come with it are cheap, so if you can find OEM ones, or heavy-duty ones get them. The extra few cents will save a lot of time and frustration when the threads strip. Also, use some anti-seize help tighten them more easily.

I saw that my up pipes where leaking when I pulled my turbo off for some other issues so I replaced them while I had it all apart. This is not a difficult job it just takes a lot of patience. I saw the IH up pipes for up to 400.00 dollars. When I saw this set from Dorman for 165.00 I was grinning. They look identical to the IH products. I've only had them on for a couple of weeks, but so far they are working great.

These up pipes are a very good replacement of you old leaking OEM turbo up pipes. I would buy again. Do not buy the Dorman exhaust manifolds. Spend the extra money and buy OEM if possible.

First,I work as a professional Diesel Tech at a very large Ford dealership and bought this kit to replace the leaking up pipes on my own personal vehicle. All the parts fit perfectly and seemed well constructed.Definitely a great improvement over the originals. It also didn't hurt that i got these at a fantastic price. I highly recommend this kit.

This was for my Father's van and he said it fit and worked just as described. It was way cheaper then finding it at any local parts store or dealership.
