  • For the person who wants a subtle custom appearance with all the benefits that a Flowmaster Cat-back exhaust system provides. S.O.S. (Single out side) systems are the perfect choice. Our Force II systems delivers a moderate exterior tone and mild to moderate interior tone, and are suited to customers looking for efficiency improvements without a lot of noise. This system is constructed from large 3.00-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing flowing into a 70 Series Big Block II muffler for a deep mellow tone. The 3.00-inch tailpipe uses the factory hangers for a quick and easy installation and is finished off with a turn down style tip cut into the tubing. This exit location is especially recommended for towing applications since it will not be blowing exhaust on your boat or trailer. Like all Flowmaster systems, the benefits include improved throttle response, power and mileage. Designed for an easy fit, these systems include all necessary parts and hardware for easy installation. Notes: Fits 2/4 wheel drive models and all wheelbases. Covered by our 3-year Limited Warranty.

    Flowmaster operates the only exhaust Research and Design facility of its kind in the world, centered around our SuperFlow engine dynamometers complete with E.C.A. (engine cycle analysis) equipment and also SuperFlow chassis dynos. Through use of these dynos, Flowmaster's engineering staff can track the complete engine cycle in millionths of a second and can obtain exact technical data of each degree of cam rotation, from induction to the tip of the exhaust system, while also showing the power numbers that really matter, the power numbers "to the ground." Flowmaster also utilizes Spectrum Analyzers to fine "tune" the sound of each of the eleven different series of mufflers that Flowmaster currently offers, both for peak performance and just the right sound levels and tones.
