    If you need to order this item make sure you buy the jumper harness required to make it work now. GM changed the design of this part and now the end with the connectors needs a special jumper harness to be attached to the vehicle. We discovered this the hard way and had to spend extra money to get the part we really needed.

    Check engine light came on and dealer wanted $400.00 for diagnostic and repair, but using a code reader was able ti isolate it to the EVAP system, change part and no more light. Great value and part.

    I was tired of having the check engine light illuminate on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. This was the exact part I needed and I saved lots of $$$ doing it myself. My dealer wanted $180 to replace this part.

    Works fine and erased the problem that I had on the computer code-very easy to change-use 5/8" heater hose with clamps that are not supplied-dealers will try to rip you off-i believe code was PO 449-Evap Vent Solenoid on computer

    Worked as good as the factory new! The o-ring is a different color, but dimensional it was exact as the original. Excellent quality!
