      I ordered mine through Autozone for my 2004 Chevy Suburban Z71 4X4 Flex-Fuel SUV (Very rare to find reviews on this particular vehicle, so I'll give mine.) I was very pleased as it arrived within days of purchase(3). In case anyone is wondering where it goes, It is under the steering wheel. Unplug the battery first. You just have to remove two (2) screws and unclip it from the housing. Then unplug the connectors, remove the old one and connect the new one. They already come PRE-programmed from DORMAN, so you don't need to go to the dealership (They will find a way to convince you to put theirs in, and that cost is approximately $687.56 to do what I just described to whomever reads this. Anyone can do this. Anyway, after I installed the new one, My vehicle went back to normal. No warning lights or anything of that nature. I'm glad I researched it. It has been 6 months, and I still have no issues with my truck. My advice to all is to BUY Dorman. They take care of you.

      This is a plug-n-play unit compared to the OEM unit where it needs to be programmed by the dealer. Working great....and never looked back.

      Very nice little package with nothing bad to say. Has core return instructions but no core deposit or place to return it to. If you are putting this in a Blazer, make sure the wire bundle is firmly seated inside of the plug and there is no corrosion inside of the sockets. Also be aware you can pack too much dielectric grease inside of the connector and not get it seated properly. Overall, for the price, buy it and be happy when it snows.
