  • Dee Zee Transfer Tanks - A safe and convenient means for transporting non-flammable liquids. Constructed of heavy gauge Brite-Tread aluminum. Radius curve design eliminates key weld pressure points. Tanks feature stability baffles, lockable cap, 3/8 in. drainage plug, and venting coupler. Tanks are intended for private use (non-commercial). Not designed for use as an auxiliary fuel system. Not for use with gasoline. Does not meet title 49 of the United Stated Federal Registry governing transportation.

      Got this for my husband. He really likes the convenience of not having to go to the gas station every two days for diesel fuel he can drive the truck out into the field to fill his tractor.

      Installed in a 06 Dodge Ram with the shut off valve and it works great and so does shut off valve. There have been reviews that the valve does not work and I believe that is because they do not install it in a level upright position. Great to be able to travel about 800 miles before looking for a place to fill up.Best addition I have added to the Ram next to the exhaust brake I installed. Looks and fits well in front of box.Very easy install also.Al OlsonHSV, AR

      Tank construction seem OK, will know a lot more after installation. Not pleased with tank drain location, where it is placed, will leave a lot of fuel in tank that will have to be pumped out. Drain located at least a couple of inches above bottom of tank. With the L shaped tank that will leave a lot of fuel in the bottom. Shipping was surprise. Was supposed to be delivered to residential address as was indicated both by my purchase agreement and as indicated on shipper manifest. Item weight was such that shipper would have to use truck with lift gate to unload. For an extra $65.00 they would do that. Instead I elected to go pick up at shipper address rather than argue over additional charges. Not pleased with either the shipping arrangements as indicated by the seller were incorrect or the shipping company did not or would not follow through with shipping manifest statement.

      Good tanks but one I ordered had a ding in it when it arrived. Other than that they are exactly what I was looking for.

      The tank fits very nicely in my Ram 3500 long bed. Does not take up very much room, and I was able to bolt it into the bed using the ears on the tank. It looks very classy also.

      Fantastic tank at this price. Free shipping is a huge bonus! Before you buy anywhere else, consider the shipping cost before you decide. This is a very solid tank. It weighs 200 lbs, despite the description. Tends to get scratches on the paint from handling, so have a white spray paint can handy. Baffles are good, no weight shifts when driving.

      Box was excellent. Was scratched up really bad by UPS. Very happy with product tho. Will buy more in future.

      Received the tank and the pump two days earlier than the estimated delivery date.The tank was listed to weigh 67 pounds, but seems lighter. I was able to get itin my truck by myself, even lifting it over the fifth-wheel hitch. Looks great.One caution: This is in a Ford F-250 and does not come all the way to the floorbecause of the the curviture of the floor to sides, so a couple of 2x4's (frontand back) under the tank would be advisable. Haven't filled it up yet, butexpect it to work fine.
