  • MSDs cam sync plugs are the perfect solution when running an aftermarket sequential EFI system with coil-per-cylinder ignition. The cam sync plug installs in place of a traditional distributor, providing a hall-effect cam sync signal needed for the EFI system to reference the # 1 cylinder. For wet sump applications, the plug also drives the oil pump. MSDs cam syncs are plug and play with Holley EFI systems and can easily interface with most aftermarket EFI systems. The cam sync plug will have 3/4 of adjustment.

      I received this product, from the manufacturer, damaged. I immediately sent an email to AutoPartsWAY who had a new shipped to me before I even mailed the old one back to the company. The new one worked great.

      This Distributor also fits a 92-93 F150xlt 302 4x4. Direct fit just plug in and go awesome product rely makes a difference

      This distributor was installed in a 1949 Ford V8 original flathead along with a new coil, wires, plugs, Holley 4 barrel carb and electric fuel pump. The engine starts SO easy and runs strong. The distributor installed very easy, instructions great. Engine timing was not a problem.I did initially have a poor connection from ignition switch to coil, which caused it not to start. You need to make sure you have 12 volts at coil not only initially, but also when engine is cranking - the distributor needs a lot more current flow than the original points/distributor/coil setup.

      Direct bolt on improvement in replacing the original Ford distributor. According to MSD this is for 94-95 Mustang 5.0L only but it is also an unstated direct replacement for 91-93 Thunderbird/Cougar.

      Very nice quality item. Installed as per complete instructions. Kit was missing three mounting bolts. Car runs well however it is early in the process. I am happy! Shipping was free from AutoPartsWAY and quick.
