- The original air mass sensor can have either a 4-pin or a 5-pin connector. The Bosch and Delphi air mass sensors for this application have a 4-pin connector. Bosch and Delphi advise that their 4-pin air mass sensors will function correctly when replacing a sensor with a 5-pin connector.
