      These bed caps look great on my truck (late 2007 Silversdo) ! They are just a little too wide for the top of the bed, which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. You have to position them toward the inside of the bed to get them to fit flush with the outside of the body. Do that before you stick them down and they will look great

      Easy to install. I would suggest different fasteners than the ones provided. When I drilled through the pre-drilled holes in the bed rails, there was not room to put the nut on, the holes are too high and gets into the bend radius on the truck bed.I would use the double sticky sided tape and use self-drilling tek screws instead of the fasteners provided.these are not the heavy gauge powder coated aluminum rail covers, they are a thinner material that caps over the existing siderails that come on the truck. They are attractive once installed but probably not designed for rough use.

      The only complaints I have is that they were a tinier gauge then I expected and there were razor sharp edges every were that I had to file off.

      Nice fit, easy install. Had both sides on in under 20 minutes. I have a black tread toolbox that matches, so it took some time drilling holes through the bed caps and lining those up with existing holes. Other than that they seem sturdy and attached very snug. I added two more bolts through the inside edge, just for my own satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone looking for this style to add to their truck.

      PROSAluminum wont dry in the sun like my plastic ones did (and crack and just fall apart, shameful)The black diamond plate is really kinda classy lookingCONSblack plate will scratch with use (for those who care)can dent with hard shotsDouble stick tape supplied is pathetic but anyone who does this themselves KNOWS to get more good outdoor double stick tape themselves and add more. More is always betterSUMMARYYes it can scratch, I really don't care myself, I got them to be functional.Aluminum is metal that wont dry out in the sun. I will never buy plastic after-market protection again.These are the bees knees. You know what I mean.

      I have been using this product for many years on all my trucks, the quality is still as good as it was 15 years ago! I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to cover up scratches on there bed or for looks, but don't take it off cause you will have scratches from metal against metal!

      Very nice looking. they are plastic, so I hope they will hold up. They apply with 3M tape that is provided. I am happy with my purchase.

      Really like the fit and finish of these caps. Sometimes when you buy a produst like this you have to bend them slightly to make them fit without scratching the paint. These were perfect and even had the corners rounded so as not to scratch and gouge.
