Instructions aren't very helpful, but with a little practice, best approach was figured out. I used tin snips to cut the large pieces, then heavy scissors for trimming. Duct taping the ends is vital to stop fraying and gloves will help keep those sharp suckers from poking right into yor fingers (note that I'm writing this in red...). Start with the lower and less visible hoses, so when you get to the big, obvious ones, you've mastered your technique as it takes a little trial and error to get a professional looking finish on the hose ends. Appropriate sized heat shrink tubes for the ends would be a great addition to this kit and make a smoother finish.

Anyone interested in these should already know you have to remove the hose to put them on.Next up these things do not cut. I tried several pairs of scissors( I had another set of these by another company and they cut with scissors no problem) I tried alot of things, only thing I could get to work decent was a grinder.Nice kit, price has went up, but anyone itnerested be prepared to have issues cutting it.
